At aware psychotherapy I offer modern Gestalt psychotherapy. Gestalt therapy work invites you into a empathetic, body-aware exploration of your inner world, relational patterns, and present-moment experience.
Together, we work towards greater wholeness and the freedom to respond to life from a place of authenticity, rather than from conditioning.
My approach is supported by my extensive experience in embodied movement practices, somatic trauma work (such as SE®), non-dual awareness traditions and embodied intimacy studies. These threads come together in a therapeutic space that honours both psychological and embodied-spiritual integration.
At certain moments in life, we are called to pause — to tend to what hurts, to listen to what feels out of place, or to reconnect with parts of ourselves we may have lost touch with. Psychotherapy offers a space for this kind of turning inward, grounded in the present moment and supported by the relationship we build together.
Gestalt therapy begins with a simple, profound invitation: to meet what is here, in you, right now. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional pain, or a sense of disconnection, this work offers a space to slow down, come into contact with yourself, and listen deeply. Here, healing doesn’t mean changing who you are, but becoming more fully and consciously yourself.
Gestalt therapy works phenomenologically — not to interpret or analyse, but to stay close to your direct experience. From there, we explore relational dynamics, conditioning, patterns of contact and withdrawal, unfinished situations, and the polarities that shape your inner world.

a deep therapeutic container of weekly psychotherapy combined with 1:1 guided embodiment practice — merging dialogue with somatic process, the body's wisdom and nervous system work

grounded in embodied intimacy and sacred relating work — supporting partners to navigate conflict, deepen intimacy, and (re-)build authentic, resilient connection
50min or 75min for individual & embodiment sessions, 90 - 120min sessions for couples sessions

I work in close collaboration with a supervisor to ensure safeguarding of my clients and highest standards of therapeutic methods and application.
I and my sessions follow the the codes of ethics and conduct of Metanoia and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
As a certified therapist in training I am registered with the UKCP, BACP, EAP, and EAGT and am insured accordingly. All data and documents of sessions are stored adhering to data protection.
