I am a Gestalt psychotherapy trainee and am trained in somatic trauma approaches, embodied movement & yoga, sacred intimacy work and non-dual awareness cultivation.
My work is grounded in the belief that the intricacies of our bodies store trauma - trauma of all sort and size - and that our individual body is a source of vital intelligence. I cultivate a psychotherapy practice that is based on the knowing that meaningful change arises through bringing compassionate awareness to our whole experience - including body, mind, heart, relations and direct experience.
Over the past 14 years I have practiced and facilitated embodied movement and awareness practices that support people in reconnecting with their felt sense and their intuition. I integrate meditation, embodied relationship work and non-dual teachings into my therapeutic approach as they are intrinsically interwoven - offering a grounded, non-judgemental space that honours both individual experience and the deeper field of connection and unity we are a part of.
In my therapeutic space, I invite clients to learn to self- and co-regulate their nervous system, cultivate being in the present moment, and meet what arises with curiosity and care. Awareness through the body becomes a portal - into clarity, contact, and the possibility of new choice and more freedom.
If I am not for myself, who will be for me?
If I am for myself only, what am I?
If not now, when?
